I see the review score but can't figure out how to read them or write one.
I am a returning customer!
So annoying!

I was looking at a few products, I can report back later. But the 4 screenshots here on Kanna are 100% either AI assisted or generated entirely. Way too specific and keyword driven. It also seems like almost all reviews are 5 stars now, where as I definitely used to see mixed on some products. I actually think on some of the “spicier” stuff like Kanna I saw 1-2 stars before “didn’t do anything” type.
I almost wonder if trustpilot is employing some kind of AI specificity enhancer to typical comments. I could see how given a standard review/“prompt” it could spit out the referred to.

Ohh, I see what you are referring to. Those reviews are not there anymore. I know we have been troubleshooting with Trustpilot on why reviews being placed were not showing up. They probably put in some AI placeholder reviews while doing that to try and figure out which ones were showing and where. Those are clearly AI; especially the ones that say packets when we don't even sell packets. Those are gone now, though. I know an update was done which got the Infini-B reviews back where they needed to go. I think some sub-SKU reviews are still not showing, but I am hoping they can get that fixed.
I will say that some customers write strange. I bet some customers are using AI to write their reviews, because it looks like it. Take a look at this one.
That's a totally legit real customer. They just decided to write like that. Then you get people like Advisorhead that write really long-winded reviews that sound like total marketing BS. However, they are just real customers writing like that. I would prefer it if they didn't, because it is exhausting constantly being blamed for shilling when we are not. However, what are we supposed to do? Tell loyal customers to stop being so enthusiastic when they review stuff? LOL. It's hard enough for us to get people reviewing organically as it is. I don't want to make people feel bad for sounding fake or overly enthusiastic.
