That makes sense about the ink and disabilities, I had not thought about that! The real issue for me with the Natrium packaging is that it looks really gimmicky and the fonts and graphics make it look like it was designed in Microsoft word. The cheesy catchphrases on the Magic mushroom products don’t help either. Perhaps a new graphic designer could help generate with some fresh ideas that still meet your requirements?
In most senses, I am a very pragmatic person, and typically I want to buy the best product at an affordable price. But I also know that when I buy something that will become a part of my daily routine, if it’s at all possible, I’d like it to look decent or ideally even luxurious. For example, I have skincare products I’ve bought at TJ Max for $10, but the packaging looks expensive and I feel fancy every time I use them, and that little difference adds up when I use them every day.
It’s even more relevant when it comes to gifts. I was looking for a mushroom coffee/hot chocolate for my mom, and I really wanted to go with your product, but I ended up with Real Mushrooms brand because their packaging felt much more appropriate for a gift.
I appreciate you asking for more detail and encouraging feedback! I’m just one person, but if this sparks your interest, maybe you could start by collect a larger sample size; it’s not impossible that I’m in the minority.

It's my pleasure! Thank you for the feedback. You are not the only one that has said as much. Some on our marketing team have said the same thing as you. Your issues isn't really with the design itself, but with the product logos and taglines. What do you think about the Infinilyte label?

That's the same design language, but more clean product name/logo and tagline. Do you like that? Honestly, the logos and taglines you don't like were made by me. I made stupid dad jokes because it made me laugh. Some on my team said they hated them too. As you can probably tell, I don't really like selling products to customers. I like making the best products out there, because myself and my family take them all, and doing the cool science and R&D in the background. That's really my passion. If I didn't have to sell products to customers to fund the cool science, I wouldn't. I hate being a part of this scummy industry from a B2C side. It's all just lies and flashy marketing to trick consumers into buying shitty untested products. I hate having to watch all these brands succeed by defrauding consumers and taking advantage of people. However, maybe I should care more about the marketing and packaging to accomplish reaching customers with that message. I am kind of jaded with a lot of the industry, if you can't tell.
FYI: Real Mushrooms' cocoa has much less mushrooms than ours. Theirs has a total of 500mg of a mix of Reishi, Turkey Tail, Chaga, Maitake, and Shiitake. Ours has 1,650mg of total mushrooms, and our blend makes a hell of a lot more sense than theirs for effects. The feeling of ours is very unique. I spent a lot of time formulating it, not only for effects, but for taste as well. I can unequivocally say that ours is the best mushroom cocoa, matcha, and coffee on the market. I have tried everyone's out there in my beta testing. You should try it. I'll think about changing the packaging to be more streamlined.
