NMN pills supposed to be this color and smell like sour milk?

Pill in question is on the left, normal magnesium pill included on the right for reference.

Purchased "Nicotinamide Mononucleotide Capsules | 250mg | NAD+ Precursor | NMN Supplement" from you nooptripics depot, and the pills are kind of yellow and smell sort of like sour milk. Are they supposed to look and smell like this? If not, should I freak out cause I took one?

Well that’s very confusing! I just got my last bottle last month and then were still little tablets.

The tablets are the enteric coated ones. These are the 250mg capsules.
