Why am I an aggressive dude when I take Tongkat Ali?

I have been taking tongkat ali on and off for quite some time now. Every time I take it, I notice that after two days, I’m more aggressive and want to fight everyone. I am a friendly guy who doesn’t really get irritated with people easily, but boy do I get irritated with everything when taking this supplement. Road rage is insane and I feel a lot more masculine. I know testosterone is what increases my aggressiveness, but I am confused at how this happens only two days after I take this supplement. Is this normal?

What are the effects the estrogen lowering effect would have on a women taking TA? What if she is estrogen dominant (as I understand, many women are). Would this actually be good in that case?

It lowers estrogen through a mechanism that mostly affects men, as women make a lot more estrogen directly than men do. We rely on testosterone converting to estrogen for all of ours. This means lowering that conversion affects our overall estrogen levels more than it would a woman. That being said, estrogen dominance is when there is too much estrogen compared to progesterone. Tongkat ali helps increase the conversion of pregnenolone to progesterone, so it might help women in that regard. It has been studied on women specifically, too.
