Why am I an aggressive dude when I take Tongkat Ali?

I have been taking tongkat ali on and off for quite some time now. Every time I take it, I notice that after two days, I’m more aggressive and want to fight everyone. I am a friendly guy who doesn’t really get irritated with people easily, but boy do I get irritated with everything when taking this supplement. Road rage is insane and I feel a lot more masculine. I know testosterone is what increases my aggressiveness, but I am confused at how this happens only two days after I take this supplement. Is this normal?

Nonsense. The same happens to me every time I take tongkat. Extreme annoyance and irritation / aggression.

It's due to an increase in testosterone, with a concurrent decrease in cortisol and serotonin. It's very common in people with normal or low cortisol levels. For people that have naturally high cortisol levels, Tongkat does the opposite. It calms them down.
