How to take NMN? Also OptiNAD is enteric coated or non-enteric coated caps?

Hey y'all, I bought NMN powder and now I'm wondering what the best method of taking it is - it seems that enteric capsules on the market aren't a thing or aren't high quality (or hella expensive?). I don't want to waste this stuff being broken down in my stomach. Can I take it sublingually? Do I have to find good capsules?

Also, I was going to buy OptiNAD but it didn't say it was enteric coated or not enteric coated. Can someone tell me if it is or if it matters? Thanks!

We have a few people we partner with in Italy, and we joke about them spending most their time drinking espresso and cat calling women, because they are literally the SLOWEST people in the world to work with! The Italians do things on their own time, and sometimes that includes disappearing for months at a time.
