"Research is great, but what most people care about is how the product makes them feel."

Couldn't agree more with this statement. It's very much like "bro science" in the weight training world. Science is great but certainly does not have all the answers. And research does not lead to new discoveries as quickly as anecdote does. The two worlds are so similar: "Try this new movement/device/workout method and see how it feels" > "Try this new compound and see how it feels" That is how new shit is discovered! Look at the mobility craze of the last decade or so. None of that shit was born out of research. Look at "knees over toes" guy, now founder of the ATG system that has already helped thousands of people recover from all kinds of joint issues in their own homes in the last few years. He's just some guy that tried shit that worked for another guy and voila! Anyways... I SEE YOU man and I'm glad you guys embrace the unknown for the sake of discovering cool new shit.

Honestly, this is what most researchers are missing. They are so caught up in the science and publishing papers that they fail to realize that bioassaying is the quickest way to figure out if things actually work. It's also the best way to discover mechanisms you didn't know were there. Most people fail to realize just how complex science can be. Just analytical chemistry alone is more complex than anyone realizes. Some people come to us and ask if we can test a product and tell them what all is in it. No, you can't. You have to have an idea of what is there to even start. Then if it is a complex matrix, you will need lots of development time and testing to make methods that can accurately tell you things about it. It's not magic. If you don't know what you are looking for, it's literally like looking for needles in a haystack... except you don't know what needles look like, and sometimes you are blindfolded. Actually trying compounds our yourself speeds along the process, and makes you discover things you never would had you not felt it yourself. We've discovered new mechanisms and active compounds just because I decided to YOLO a sample and see how it made me feel. Sometimes I regret it, but sometimes we find very novel things.

Is ND done launching new products?

We are absolutely NOT done with new products. We are in the thick of development for a bunch of them. Some of them are just taking longer than expected to get perfect, so we have had a lull in releases. That's just becau

Sigma - New supplement containing Tongkat Ali made in collaboration with A.Huberman.

There are so many bullshit tongkats on the market now, especially after Huberman went on Rogan. I am just going to be very direct here, as I no longer have the time nor the energy for bullshit. Anyone selling a 200:1 ton

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb asked me to post the Lab Testing COAs I received from Bulk Supplements (Below)

That's about what I expected. These are just internal COAs. To start, analyzing nitrogen content is not an appropriate methodology for amino acid assay. This is the same shit China got away with on infant formula and spi

ConsumerLab's Ashwagandha report: KSM and Shoden

I have already reached out to our lawyers on this. I am sick of Consumer Lab ranking products using shoddy chemistry! Consumer Lab is using methods to quantify withanolides that only look at a small portion of them in th
