My package has been in customs a while. It’s literally bacopa and apigenin (congance). I know that this is not Nootropics depot’a fault at all but I don’t understand why this is flagged. It’s Canadian customs btw. It’s literally just these two I would not order something banned in Canada

It's just a delay. Canadian customs is super backed up, which I think it from the PSAC strike that happened a month ago. 8,627 employees in the Canada Border Services Agency are part of the PSAC union, which affects public customs clearance. When they went on strike, it caused a massive backup in the public customs clearance. This is why private carriers are not affected right now, as they clear through private customs. We're hoping the backlog will clear soon.
