Order cognance on the 25th of Nov, ordering from CA and hasn’t received it till now. Usually takes 16 days and ND support has been helpful in the past. Been patient for the tickler for a while now but can someone send help! Order number is 1560835. Thank you

Iherb has two DDP options for my destination country (Spain).
One is Asendia (Via WNdirect, same service used by Amazon for global DDP service). Local delivery is done by a courier (DPD/SEUR in Spain)
The other one is Geodis Wilson and is delivered by another courier (Correos express).
The packages arrive in the Netherlands and then seem to be relabeled upon arrival in Europe. No customs declarations or anything on the boxes.
They both work flawlessly with no hidden charges or delays for delivery...

I made a comment on iHerb above. If you have not seen it yet, watch the video of their automated fulfillment warehouse. It's pretty cool.
We have a meeting with FedEx this Wednesday, and I think we are reaching out to Geodis Wilson, too. I want to solve the international situation, as it is a pain in the ass for us as well.
