Order cognance on the 25th of Nov, ordering from CA and hasn’t received it till now. Usually takes 16 days and ND support has been helpful in the past. Been patient for the tickler for a while now but can someone send help! Order number is 1560835. Thank you

I am ordering on a monthly basis to a non EU country in Europe. DHL Express arrives most of the times on a wednesdays if i order on mondays (which is insane) - sometimes it arrives on thursdays, never later. Same with Fedex (the faster, more expensive version). As long as i don't take the standard/lower cost options for international shipping i am fine. However i understand for people that don't wanna spend the extra money this could be very frustrating.

Ohh yeah, the express options are working great. They are just expensive. I mean the lower cost international options are a mess.
