Order cognance on the 25th of Nov, ordering from CA and hasn’t received it till now. Usually takes 16 days and ND support has been helpful in the past. Been patient for the tickler for a while now but can someone send help! Order number is 1560835. Thank you

they’ve been bouncing my package back and forth between Bell, CA and Los Angeles, CA from beginning of December to now. Origin: LA, gets sent to Bell, goes back to LA, gets sent fo Bell again… I’m in Canada… why are they not sending it through the border… why are they just keeping it in Cali?

I'm considering it. The issue is, what do we go back to? DHL Ecommerce was messing up a lot, too. UPS Mail Innovations was before that. International shipping is a mess right now. Everyone just lies to us about the service, then goes to shit when we actually sign on with them. To say it is frustrating is an understatement. Our domestic runs like clockwork. It's expensive, but just works. International has always been a headache.
