Anyone else make a recent purchase of Sabroxy and are concerned about its quality?

I ordered 60g powder last week and received it today. Opened it and immediately noticed it looked, smelled and then tasted differently. But what I really noticed was how differently this batch behaved in water. It usually sinks strait to the bottom but instead, it clumped on top. Took a large dose three hours ago with zero noticeable effects.
Been an ND customer for years. NEVER had an issue with product quality until today.
Edit: ND was kind enough to provide a replacement. Will update when I receive it. I stand by my negative assessment of the product I received but will admit that ND was transparent about their quality control process and my opinion does not reflect it.
Thanks for working with me, ND!

Like it or not, tariffs and trade wars are probably the future. There’s bipartisan agreement there and the road to a borderless global economy won’t be linear. It’s good that people hear about the downstream impact of that in terms of product costs, however.
Anyway, thanks for looking into my issue. I talked to CS and they took care of it. There’s an edit to OP because the last thing I wanted to do is put anyone on blast!

Unfortunately, I agree. The time for free trade seems to be over. Like I get the issue with China. I get why we should be less dependent. The government can't just clap its hands and make it so, though. They can't do it by adding tariffs (taxes) to things without a roadmap for having an American supply chain started. Some things only grow in China, too! Cistanche is one. It doesn't exist as a plant in the United States. Directed tariffs for industries that could shift to the US, I can see. Across the board tariffs for every product on top of the normal HS code tariffs is just nuts.
