Anyone else make a recent purchase of Sabroxy and are concerned about its quality?

I ordered 60g powder last week and received it today. Opened it and immediately noticed it looked, smelled and then tasted differently. But what I really noticed was how differently this batch behaved in water. It usually sinks strait to the bottom but instead, it clumped on top. Took a large dose three hours ago with zero noticeable effects.
Been an ND customer for years. NEVER had an issue with product quality until today.
Edit: ND was kind enough to provide a replacement. Will update when I receive it. I stand by my negative assessment of the product I received but will admit that ND was transparent about their quality control process and my opinion does not reflect it.
Thanks for working with me, ND!

Yup, I’m aware it’s not manufactured by ND. I mentioned in the comments that subpar third party products hurt you too.
Lot#: SBXS1070122
At this point, I’m fine with a product replacement. Shopped with you guys for a long time and have never had any issues like this before. I’m really hoping this isn’t the result of long term issues on Sabinsa’s end because Sabroxy is my fave noot of all time.

I looked up the data, and the assay was fine for that batch. It was actually a little high at 11% oroxylin-A. I am having my team pull retained samples of 4 batches of Sabroxy. We'll run them all on the same HP-TLC plate, take pictures of them side-by-side, dissolve each in water to check solubility, and re-run assay back-to-back.
