Thank you! I've been running our marketing department for most of the year. My old marketing director decided he needed a change this past January, and the person that came in to replace him did not work out, so I took over the department around February/March. I brought a guy onboard with film making experience, and we have been working together to get our feet under us with video. I bought us some really nice camera equipment, and him and one of my other employees with photography experience shot it under my direction. Then him and I spent pretty much 9 hours yesterday doing the final cut, creating the score for it, and adding the filters/transitions. It was a lot of work, and I think both him and I are exhausted from it all, but I think the end result turned out great! At some point I am going to need to turn the marketing over to a new director, though. It's a lot to balance with everything else!
