I get a subtle increase in stimulation in about 30min. I notice my mood is brighter, and I just handle stress a lot better. I've also gone up in dosage, and I notice a more abrupt shift in my mental state in higher doses. Colors seem more vibrant. Things seem more enjoyable. This is especially pronounced if you combine it with something dopaminergic.
