So I was wondering, I know this will be different than actual psilocybin microdosing although I’m not sure of the exact differences (mechanisms and effects) but I do know that people (including scientists) have voiced concerns of repeat micro-dosing due to activating the 5HT2A receptor having a possible negative effect on cardiovascular function.
I know those are still theoretical concerns when it comes to mushrooms but they have some basis in existing data.
Do you have any concerns here as well and if not, why not?

Ours is a positive allosteric modulator of 5-HT2A, not a full agonist. This is a big difference. Also, it's much more complex than just activation of 5-HT2A. It's M1 ACh, BDNF, and reelin as well. Generally, down-regulation is a concern with full agonists, not PAMs.
