False Advertising about shipping. Multiple times in a row in a row my package sits in your warehouse but you send out electronic shipping info acting like you've shipped anything. That isn't shipping.

All orders ship the same day when placed before 4pm. They leave our facility that day, always. The issue with Asendia is that they don't scan it when they pick it up. They take it from us in big bags to their sorting center, then they sort and scan it. This is why you see the delay in tracking. I can promise you 100% they are leaving our facility that day. You can come and watch it happen. If my guys don't get some packages out, like on big sale days or if there is a systems issue, they tell me. They know my mandate is to get the orders out the door as fast as humanly possible. Nothing ever just sits in our warehouse not going out. We need to get it out ASAP or it backs up. Hell, Ill do a video of the guys back there so you can see how quickly they work. They don't print labels and just let things sit. They print and immediately pick, pack, and ship it out. The delays are on the carrier side.
Also, what are you talking about "2-3 day international" shipping? We don't offer that. I did an example order to Canada, and these are the options. None of those are 2-3 day. The only 2-3 day we offer is domestic inside of the US. So I am not sure what you are referring to regarding the statement: "You have stolen multiple "2-3" day International package fees from me now by only sending shipping info and not having the actual product ready to ship at all." That is false. All order go out that same day, and we do NOT take orders for product we don't have the inventory to fulfill. Stating otherwise is a flat out lie. I realize you are upset, but making incendiary false claims about us is just ridiculous.
The issue is Asendia, and with Canada specifically. For some reason Asendia is having delays sorting and getting things into Canada quickly. I am addressing that issue, and that might mean not using Asendia for Canada. However, things are NOT just sitting in our warehouse not moving. When we say something has shipped, it leaves our facility that day, barring some unforeseen issue. Nobody is lying to you. Nobody is manipulating you. What my customer support people are telling you is true. The packages leave our facility that day. Is there sometimes a multi-day delay for Asendia to even scan it? Absolutely. They have to put it on a truck and drive it to their California sorting center, sort it, then scan it to go out. We have yelled at them for taking so long, particularly for Canada. However, the delays are 100% on their side, not our warehouse side. The idea of something sitting in our warehouse for 11 days is just ridiculous if you could see our day to day. We would be buried under mountains of orders if we didn't get them out. Asendia taking 11 days to get it on to Canada? Well that doesn't surprise me with some of the things I have seen from them lately. As I said, the solution to that situation might just be ceasing use of Asendia to Canada going forward. However, it is absolutely not us holding back orders for some random reason. If we say it went out that day, it went out that day.
