False Advertising about shipping. Multiple times in a row in a row my package sits in your warehouse but you send out electronic shipping info acting like you've shipped anything.That isn't shipping.

Can you give me your order numbers so that I can look it up? I watch the packages going out every day. I walk through the warehouse. There are not packages just sitting there. I would see them, and my team would know I would be super pissed if they were not getting the orders out that day. And yes, Asendia tracks fine AFTER they scan it. The issue is they don't scan each package when they pick up at our facility. I think that's stupid, but that's their system. They scan it once it is sorted in California. Maybe they have a drunk monkey driving the truck there, and he goes the long way through Florida. I don't know. I just know that the packages leave our facility that day.
