False Advertising about shipping. Multiple times in a row in a row my package sits in your warehouse but you send out electronic shipping info acting like you've shipped anything.That isn't shipping.

Wow... myself and several individuals that I know personally all get their packages shipped same-day, domestically, and have been for quite some time without a single blip so this is all news to me!
Crazy, but I can order a pack now and guarantee it'll be at my door by Saturday!

We always ship out same day. The delays he is talking about are on Asendia's side; specifically when going to Canada. We have been trying to figure out why they are taking so much longer to Canada, and they are giving a lot of excuses. However, I have a feeling it is staffing issues. I think they just don't have enough staff right now to effectively sort and transport things, so they have this rolling backlog of orders. They don't fucking scan the packages till they are sorted, either. So people like OP think we are just sitting on packages. However, that's NOT true. The packages are out our door that day. I wish I could get on a magic carpet and hand deliver everyone's orders like fucking nootropic Aladdin, but once it leaves our facility we are at the mercy of the mail carrier. Yes, maybe we need a different mail carrier for Canada going forward. Maybe Asendia just can't do it for that country. It's something I am dealing with. However, it is not us lying to customers about whether a package went out. They went out, believe me.
