False Advertising about shipping. Multiple times in a row in a row my package sits in your warehouse but you send out electronic shipping info acting like you've shipped anything.That isn't shipping.

International shipping is complex in general, and even more fucked now. I'm honestly shocked to hear 2-3 day is even an option, I can't imagine it's very realistic. I know myasd has talked a few times recently about how bad things are, he'll probably chime in here.
Gotta say tho, their domestic free shipping is unreal. Like, rivals Amazon in speed and consistency but you don't have to pay a membership fee. Sorry to hear it's been crappy for you, I hope you get things resolved!

It's not an option... We don't offer 2-3 day international shipping. No idea what he is talking about. The delays he is referring to are because Asendia is taking a lot longer to Canada, for whatever reason at the moment. They don't scan each package at our facility when they pick them up, and sometimes it takes them many days to get them sorted and scanned, so it looks like we just printed a label and let it sit. However, that package was out our door that same day, and then Asendia bounced it around before scanning. It is an issue. I am not denying that. Asendia has been SUCKING to Canada lately. I fear the only solution to that is going to be replacing Asendia with a different carrier, though. We are not getting much info out of them.
