I've read that NMN supplements are frequently contaminated with LPS (endotoxin) - does ND test for that?

Focusing on LPS seems crazy. LPS is always present in your gut. The problem comes when you absorb it in large amounts. I doubt even completely unprocessed NR/nmn from ecoli would noticeably budge your lps exposure and especially absorption.
Do people not realize there's a giant amount of LPS producing bacteria in our gut? It's the absorption which is the issue, and as with anything it's the dose that gets you.
If people want to worry about LPS, then the thing to worry about is eating fatty meals without vegetables.

I agree. It seems like a random thing for these guys to scare consumers with, to try to push their own narratives. The fact that David Sinclair's company is actively trying to get the FDA to ban NMN as a dietary supplement is ridiculous, and Chromadex's anti-NMN campaign has been equally disappointing to watch. Everyone has their own shady objectives in the background that they are pushing for.
