Original post in this thread

My mum suffers from severe arthritis in her knees. She tried rephyl, but didn't notice much difference.
Currently taking pea (Palmitoylethanolamide) which has been helpful but limited.
I've been considering adding supercritical holy basil and matrine.
What would you recommend?

We actually recently released both a pain podcast and a pain blog, if you have not seen them.

Regarding Rephyll, it shines in stacks. The same goes for palmitoylethanolamide. They all work better when combined together. This is why we talk about stacks so much with pain, as hitting multiple mechanisms behind the pain is crucial. If you have time, the podcast and blog go into a lot of detail.
Cheers!
