My mum suffers from severe arthritis in her knees. She tried rephyl, but didn't notice much difference.
Currently taking pea (Palmitoylethanolamide) which has been helpful but limited.
I've been considering adding supercritical holy basil and matrine.
What would you recommend?

palmitoylethanolamide
I had a rear molar out on monday. No gas just local anaesthetic, and the dentist used a screw driver to split the tooth in half before ripping it out. I knew this was going to hurt like fuck because I had another out the same way previous. But this time I took 4 of your palmitoylethanolamide capsules in advance. It had an odd acute nootropic effect of alertness and vertigo which I was not expecting. I take it daily as part of the immune defense supplement (for 2 years now) so it's nice it worked straight away. Anyway as a result I've not been in any pain this time round. Taking it with gotu kola enteric, boron, and AOR's hylauronic acid / lysine / vit C stacked product (wish you sold this) for wound healing. No dry socket this time... very pleased, as usual.

That's awesome! Tooth pain can be some of the most acute and painful experiences. I remember when I crashed into the back of a truck riding my bike one evening. My face hit his tailgate and dented it. My top four front teeth were all fucked up, and I had to get four root canals and implants. He did all four at once, and the anesthetic wore off by the fourth. When he drilled right into the nerve in my tooth... I can only describe it as the most pure pain I have ever felt!
