My mum suffers from severe arthritis in her knees. She tried rephyl, but didn't notice much difference.
Currently taking pea (Palmitoylethanolamide) which has been helpful but limited.
I've been considering adding supercritical holy basil and matrine.
What would you recommend?

6 years! I was worried about taking 1600mg/day for 6 months, but if you've been continually taking it for 6 years, I'm less inclined to feel worried

Palmitoylethanolamide is an endogenous compound. It's in everyone's bodies right now. It just falls as you age, or is imbalanced in others, so supplementing can help. It's extremely safe.
