I keep seeing that nootropicsdepot is highly recommended across reddit, but I don’t see that it’s ever done third party certification like NSF or USP? I also haven’t seen much on consumerlabs about it. Am I missing something?

all the funding I would ever need to actually accomplish my mission
What sort of figure is that, anyway?
Would suck having Nestle own ND. Quality would go down fast!
Maybe we will see you with a black eye soon?

Well if I had that kind of money, I could build a nonprofit industry watchdog with the most advanced analytical lab for testing supplements in the world. Then ND's quality wouldn't matter as much, as I could go after everyone in the industry and force them to take things seriously.
Imagine if you ran a supplement company that wasn't properly testing. Now imagine you heard that I was just given a billion dollars and sold ND, and my sole focus going forward was to be testing every product on the market and going after the companies selling fake or impure shit. Would you be scared? Would you put steps in place to make sure that when I got to your company I wouldn't find fake or impure shit? That's exactly what I would do, too. I would literally go out and target every piece of shit brand in this industry. Nothing would fulfill me more than that.
