I keep seeing that nootropicsdepot is highly recommended across reddit, but I don’t see that it’s ever done third party certification like NSF or USP? I also haven’t seen much on consumerlabs about it. Am I missing something?

What if your non compete applied to your testing company idea too? My point is, even the most virtued people have a price.
I have a strong ethical and moral code, but I often wonder how I would act if presented with such a scenario like; "here's $1bill and you have to join our evil club, or else we murder you and tarnish your name, you have 24h to decide"

Noncompetes are generally only for a few years. I can wait a few years if it means having all the funding I would ever need to actually accomplish my mission. Turning down a billion dollars would be really stupid.
As to your other scenario, the choices are: get paid $1 billion and get to join a club, or get murdered and have my name tarnished? LOL. I will certainly take the billion in that scenario, too.
