Holy shit... I've had my suspicions for years. I thought something had to have been missed. If amyloid beta was really the primary cause, why were all these drugs failing to affect symptomatic progression? People started saying things like: "We'll maybe by the point the plaques form, the damage is already too much to recover from." However, that never sat right with me. "Maybe the plaques are not causing the progression, and they are just correlated." I guess maybe. If this is true, these guys are massive pieces of shit. I wish I could say I was surprised, though. The more you dig, the more fraud you'll find. Possibly 16 years chasing a ghost...
