Here in Arizona in the summer.
How do you survive this?
Heatwave in the UK recently...40C and no wind... I got mild heatstroke despite cold showers + fans + lots of water + electrolytes + magnesium. Just 3 days thankfully... yet where you are it's 42C for an entire month. I get that you have AC indoors but, what do you do for outside or dog walking etc? Doggies will burn their paws in that heat. Crazy!
I'm ordering AC for every room in January when AC hardware gets cheaper.

You merely adopted the heat. I was born into it... molded by it. I didn't see the cold until I was already a man. By then it was nothing to me but freezing!
I was born here. I am used to the heat. Our sweat glands perform different than yours. We are accustomed to the heat, so our bodies react much different than you. Yours would change if you lived here, too.
Adaptive Changes in Sweat Gland Function
That being said, your sweat glands will never work as well as mine do, because you were not born in the desert.

A lot of your sweatiness comes down to stuff you can’t control, and was partially “set” when you were really young. Explaining why some people sweat more than others, Rittié said that “[w]e think this is because of the following interesting fact. Everyone is born with virtually the same number of sweat glands, but sweat glands mature during the first 2 years of life. Not all sweat glands become able to produce sweat (it depends on the need during that time). So people who grew up in warm climates tend to have more active sweat glands than people who grew up in a climate-controlled environment or in cold climates. As adults, we keep all our sweat glands but only a portion of them are able to produce sweat. This percentage varies between individuals.”
So I was born in the desert, which made my body develop in the first few years of my life to be better suited to handle hot environments. Also, since I have lived here my whole life, my body keeps my sweat glands operating more efficiently. I can even notice the change between winter and summer. I used to mountain bike out in the summer all the time. For the first two weeks when it got really hot, I would notice my sweat change. After that, it would get much more efficient, and I would noticeably react better to extreme heat. Even so, none of us are taking our dogs walking in the daytime in the summer. It's way too hot for them once it gets over 100'F. In fact, it is illegal to take your dogs hiking on city trails once daily temps get over 100*F.
