I take vyvanse and I was aware of the Vitamin GI tract issue but I also that Vitamin C also flushed out the liver which would decrease both the effect and duration of Vyvanse. So the Vitamin C is not a GI PH issue for Vyvanse, it's a liver issue.
Have I misunderstood the mechanisms involved?
I have a number of things in my stack program including Vit D/K that I do not take in the morning (even though I would like to) so as to minimise the Vit C I take with Vyvanse.

Vyvanse is lisdexamphetamine. Its pharmacokinetics are very different than regular amphetamine.

What does that mean, flush the liver? Lisdexamphetamine is not as sensitive to gut pH as regular amphetamine, and red blood cells are what removes the lysine and turns it into normal amphetamine in serum. The liver is not playing a part in it. In fact, oral, IV, and intranasal administration of lisdexamphetamine show the same pharmacokinetics, so bypassing the livers doesn't change anything.
