Isnt 1000IU of vitamin D quite minuscule? That hardly does anything to your blood levels unless taken for like many months…. Unless there’s some acute effect vitamin D im unaware of?

It depends on the person and how much sun you get. Here in Arizona in the summer, we get more vitamin D being outside by the pool. If you are in Canada in the winter, you are going to need more than 1,000IU. We wanted this stack to be a magnesium everyone could take daily for long periods, so the D3 will build up over time. For those that need more, they can add in another D3 supplement to get them where they need to be.
