The most important thing to me personally is the quality control and standing behind the product. Ensuring you know exactly what youre selling and the quality of it is a huge selling point for me.
I never knew really if what I bought before was what the label said.. most companies I feel don't care or will not test each and every batch... that too me is unsettling as a consumer.
If and whenever the supply chains get resolved would be awesome to see your products on some of the big box retailers. Maybe someday Costco? So I can buy in bulk?? :)

I find most companies are not run by people that are genuinely passionate about the products, or take them themselves. I am putting all this stuff in my body, too. Cutting corners would hurt me as well.
Getting into stores is a whole other beast. The distributors want so much margin, and then the stores need their margins, too. It makes it tough to use quality ingredients, because you just don't have the margins needed for all the middle men to get their cut.
