Very good points! I totally agree. And abandonment emails work for sure, just wondering about the crazy 20 email chain and if it they track people dropping them off for the annoyance.

I doubt those do. In fact, it makes it more likely that people will mark them as spam, which can affect email reach later. Some brands literally send me an email every single fucking day! Like come on guys, nobody gives a shit about you that much!
Ohh, I also ordered hats from a local company in Arizona over a week ago. They just barely shipped, and they say they will get to me on the 5th! How can people live like that?!? It's my product, and I want it NOW!
