Fourth?!? It should only send two spaced like 8 hours apart. This is the built-in Bigcommerce system, though. Who knows how well it is actually working. We are going to be moving away from it very soon to a system with a lot more control.

I actually go to other sites and add stuff to carts to see how their systems work. I went to one competitor and added a few things to my cart a couple weeks ago. I shit you not, I have received over 20 abandoned cart emails with all different wordings!
