Ginkgo Biloba was probably the best supplement I have bought for post CVD brain fog and memory. I've taken it daily for 3 months now, ~600mg a day, and I'm much better than I was before. I also got 0m1cr0n 2 weeks ago; literally right after you were talking about the 12.2.12 strain, and it's set me back a bit on the blood sugar front.
It's a problem for me because genetics; my fathers side of the family have all had diabetes, I tend to baseline just above hypoglycemia, but since cvd my baseline has lowered so I skim it.
I'm 21 hours fasted now for example and hypoglycemia keeps coming and going, the only supplements I've had is milk thistle and nac as I'm having some wine with my meal lately. If I take anything anxiolytic it tends to push me into hypoglycemia.

That sucks! I hope these symptoms eventually fade. We think the memory issues are from overactive COX-2. Inhibiting that seems to help a bit there. As for the glucose thing, this study seems to be discussing it.
