Black Seed Oil PAHS concern?

Have black seed from nootropics depotbut also have Blessed Seed oil and I recieved an email by them that my lot is high in PAHs and should be returned. Taking 3 teaspoons a day apparently is over the limit. What is dangerous about PAHS? Seems they are linked to stomach, and bladder cancer.

So 20,000mg (20grams) of black seeds contain only 20mg of Thymoquinone?
If that's correct, one serving of your 10% powder equals 20mg of Thymoquinone if I calculate correctly.
That's great value if one serving of your powder is practically 20g of seeds 👌
