Rhodiola Rosea 3% Salidroside vs Rhodiola Crenulata

Wondering what the benefit of Crenulata over the regular 3% sal 1% ros extract would be, given that Crenulata lacks any rosavins.
Is tyrosol higher in Crenulata? Why not state the %? And if it is higher, could it be considered the wider spectrum version of the salidroside/tyrosol solution?
Thanks

Interesting thanks, I think that tips the scales in favour of Crenulata for me over the Salidroside solution for now.
I was always curious after getting certain (positive) effects from Rhodiola Rosea for years prior to using ND’s if I had actually been using Crenulata sold as Rosea. ND’s Rosea extracts have always felt different to me.
I also remember a very distinct burp taste from previous Rhodiola’s that I never got from ND’s 😂. So maybe once I try the Crenulata I’ll have this riddle solved.

I bet you were! People selling crenulata as rosea is a massive problem in the industry right now. It sucks, because crenulata has its place when labeled properly!
