Has anyone experimented with these? Why would someone pick these over the 100 mg tabs? I see the majority of people have great results with just 100mg. Kind of curious to hear from people who tried both.

You have commented in other reddit threads, that AMPK stack heavy is too stimulating. It is not necessary add other stimulants like coffee, ... What supplements to add in one AMPK Stack heavy? Berberine&Silymarin, Hesperidin, LongVida, Nobelitin, EGCG, NMN, epicatechin? If you could choose 4 supps. What 4 supps would you choose? Thanks!!!!

Hesperidin, EGCG, CoQSol-CF, NMN. I personally would add in quercetin, berberine, and epicatechin, too. However, that is more than 4.
