Any benefits of stacking nobelitin with apigenin?

Yes, they should go well together. Nobiletin is a very interesting flavonoid that doesn't get enough attention.

The Multifunctional Effects of Nobiletin and Its Metabolites In Vivo and In Vitro

It modulates cAMP/CREB as well, so it should help with memory and cognition. It modulates NF-κB, so it should help with inflammation. I would certainly try each on their own first, to see how you respond. However, doing a combo with them should provide some synergy in effects.
