How did you solve putting them into capsules?

I have tried manually to fill capsules with powder; and it was a hell. Behaved like clay and stained everything yellow.

Ohh trust me, that's a pain in the ass for us as well. We needed to use 90% silymarin milk thistle and a batch of berberine that was granulated. You can't make it work with powder berberine. It ain't happening. As you said, it turns to clay. You need to formulate your capsule mixture with the granulated berberine, then the highest silymarin milk thistle you can get, because you need room for some specific excipients to make it flow and allow the capsules to close properly. It's a massive pain in the ass, which is why we have done tablets to this point. Berberine is probably top 5 worst powders to work with in encapsulation.
