My Personal Apigenin Experience

Original post in this thread

I've been taking this for about two and a half weeks now, alongside ginger extract and NMN. I dose the apigenin at night, and then take NMN and ginger in the morning. FWIW, I also take a morning probiotic and 1000mg shiitake, and other things at night to assist with sleep and inflammation. I can list those if needed.

Going down to half a capsule (emptied onto the tongue directly, then swallowed) seemed to lower the intensity of the dreams. I still have them, but they don't seem to be particularly scary or wild like they were at first. No immediate noticable increase in sleep or sleep quality but over the last week or so I have noticed an improvement in feeling better after I've woken up and having a little more energy, but that could also be the NMN taking effect.

I do want to note that I've been getting more of those warm fuzzy feelings towards coworkers and regular customers, and towards my fiance. I often struggle with a bit of social anxiety (mostly managed these days) and difficulty relating to other peo…

Thankfully I bought the powder as the larger dose of 200mg is a bit stimulating for me. Tired for the first hour or so then more energy for a bit. If I take 50-100mg I have a great sleep

DRIED PARSLEY = superior to any Apigenin supplement. Rebut me if you can.

Replying to AnabolicGreyhound · For context, dried parsley contains 45mg Apigenin per gram and has superior bioavailability. I do love ND products but question the efficacy of taking supplementary Apigenin. Wo

LOL, start shoving grams of parsley in your mouth then. You could say this about any plant extract. "Why don't I just shove lots of the regular plant in my mouth?!?" Sure, go ahead! I am sure Chef's Larder standardizes t

Apigenin highly unstable!?

Apigenin cleared amyloid plaque in a mouse study

Replying to Careful-Cobbler-8359 · Why care about amyloid plaques following the recent retraction/controversy in AD research?

Amyloid plaques are still correlated with disease progression. It's just not the smoking gun cause it was made out to be. People with Alzheimer's clearly have amyloid plaques building up. That's not at question. Whether

Let's all hold a moment of silence for the stock of Apigenin

People went nuts over it. It sold way faster than anticipated. Our resupply has also been stuck in customs, which screws the ability to plan things. It finally just cleared, though. So we are rushing it. We have some of
