Hard to tell whetever this supplement is safe or not, because its not known whether exogenously administered PS increases the risk of cancer in any way, but we know endogenous PS has a link in various pathways that promote tumor growth.

It's not endogenous PS. It's the fact that certain cancers express their own high levels of localized PS to trick the immune response. I wouldn't consider PS being created and released by cancer cells endogenous. It's the same thing with nerve growth factor. Certain cancers produce and express localized NGF to help their own spread. However, obviously your body needs NGF for many other processes. So trying to simplify it down to "more NGF is bad" is just not scientific. It's the same for phosphatidylserine.
