You dont think Phosphatidylserine may suppress my immune response against cancer cells, which will mean that my immune system's response to the cancer cells weakens or ceases?

No, I don't think that; certainly not at reasonable doses. Certain cancers use phosphatidylserine signaling to trick the immune system, but taking supplemental phosphatidylserine isn't going to have the same effect. If I was fighting cancer would I take large doses of phosphatidylserine every day? No, I probably would not. I also wouldn't be taking creatine or things that increase nerve growth factor. However, that doesn't mean I would avoid them in reasonable doses under normal circumstances.
