Possible to get an update on the referenced in conjunction with stimulants stack?

Would you say Polygala would be okay to take with a stimulant even though it acts as a DRI? What are your thoughts of taking herbal MOAIs (rhodiola, curcumin etc..) with methylphenidate? Fine to pair with it or something to be cautious of? Thanks, I appreciate you 🙌

Yes, polygala is safe with stimulants. It's not a strong DRI. The same goes for herbal MAOIs. They are always reversible MAOIs, and usually not very strong. The issue comes from strong irreversible MAOIs and combinations with stimulants. That's where you see problems.

That's a good stack. I personally just take one Accelon softgel in the AM at the moment, and that is good. Perhaps start there and see how you respond.

Always speak to your doctor about combos with prescription drugs. That being said, I have not heard of any averse interactions from people. There is a study showing that one of the compounds in it, rosiridin, is an MAOI.
