Always speak to your doctor about combos with prescription drugs. That being said, I have not heard of any averse interactions from people. There is a study showing that one of the compounds in it, rosiridin, is an MAOI. However, that should be reversible. I am also not sure how clinically relevant it is in normal doses with humans.

Yes, polygala is safe with stimulants. It's not a strong DRI. The same goes for herbal MAOIs. They are always reversible MAOIs, and usually not very strong. The issue comes from strong irreversible MAOIs and combinations
