For some of these problematic hydroscopic extracts it's good to add 2% silicon dioxide and mix thoroughly upon opening or as a manufacturer

That would be the best way, but people don't want any additives to their powder products. People freak out if we add in silicon dioxide to the powder because they read a blog about it causing cancer.
