Just listened to podcast from Dr.Anderew Humberman and he was talking about how the two main supplements he recommends for otc test boosting is Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis.
Im already very pleased with ND Tongkat Ali and was curious is u/misteryouaresodumb and company jave researched looking into this supplement. Its very hard to find, everywhere that sells it is sold out. The only other sources i can find are in products like "TESTOSTERONE BOOSTER 20000!" type products that i prefer to avoid. All only have them under "proprietary blends" so i have no idea what im really taking.

At about 1:54:00 Dr. Humberman talks about Fadogia. There are multiple podcasts he talks about it.
Seemed interesting and wanted to throw it out there as a potential new product.

Hello, I was wondering if you found any new information from your research into Tongkat Ali + Fadogia Arestis. I have been taking Cistanche Tubulosa instead of Fadogia for about a month now. But I also take anti-depressants and lately I have been gaining weight and losing energy. It may just be psychological but I was wondering what are your thoughts on this? I gained nearly 20lbs in one month. I have been stress eating and falling behind on exercising. My goal was to put on muscle mass and cut belly fat.

Weight gain is a possible side effect of antidepressants. Have you spoken to the doctor about it? Gaining 20lbs in one month is a big increase.
