Girlfriend has been suffering from IBS (severe bloating, discomfort) that sort of thing, for years

NHS has let her down with ways to go about it, from any of y’alls experience is there anything you guys would suggest from Nootropics depot that would help against IBS/Bloating

That one is a prebiotic. Those can definitely be good to promote the growth of probiotics.
