Just listened to podcast from Dr.Anderew Humberman and he was talking about how the two main supplements he recommends for otc test boosting is Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis.
Im already very pleased with ND Tongkat Ali and was curious is u/misteryouaresodumb and company jave researched looking into this supplement. Its very hard to find, everywhere that sells it is sold out. The only other sources i can find are in products like "TESTOSTERONE BOOSTER 20000!" type products that i prefer to avoid. All only have them under "proprietary blends" so i have no idea what im really taking.

At about 1:54:00 Dr. Humberman talks about Fadogia. There are multiple podcasts he talks about it.
Seemed interesting and wanted to throw it out there as a potential new product.

u/misteryouaresodumb , what do you think about the commentary that tongkat Ali may act as a SERM?
u/MisterYouAreSoDumb · ND Owner
That's from a single study on rat uteruses showing similar efficacy to tamoxifen on inhibiting 17α-ethynylestradiol(EE)-induced uterus weight. As far as I am aware, there is no direct evidence that tongkat ali is a SERM. His assessment that it is basically a SERM is not coming from a place of knowledge on the plant, IMO. It has much more comprehensive effects than that.

Tongkat ali is MUCH more comprehensive than most people give it credit for.
