Just listened to podcast from Dr.Anderew Humberman and he was talking about how the two main supplements he recommends for otc test boosting is Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis.
Im already very pleased with ND Tongkat Ali and was curious is u/misteryouaresodumb and company jave researched looking into this supplement. Its very hard to find, everywhere that sells it is sold out. The only other sources i can find are in products like "TESTOSTERONE BOOSTER 20000!" type products that i prefer to avoid. All only have them under "proprietary blends" so i have no idea what im really taking.

At about 1:54:00 Dr. Humberman talks about Fadogia. There are multiple podcasts he talks about it.
Seemed interesting and wanted to throw it out there as a potential new product.

It was not even really on my radar till the Joe Rogan podcast a few days ago. There is a lot less research and data on it than tongkat. I am going to have to do a bunch more research and testing before I can say if I think it is effective/safe. However, my team is reaching out to our contacts to get samples of extracts for us to do some lab work on and try out. We'll see how it goes!
