Why isn't Lion's Mane suggested in ND stack recommendations for promoting neuroplasticity?

Looking at the buying stack, I realize Magtein, Polygala and 7,8-DHF are recommended for neuroplasticity instead of the popular Lion's mane. I'm curious as to why this is. I've been taking Lion's Mane for two years now and wondering if I should switch out if they're better for this purpose. Thanks.

I'm referring to the stack recommendations here: https://nootropicsdepot.com/stack-recommendations-index/

What would be the best neuroplasticity stack in your opinion?

Ohh man, that's a tough one. Maybe lion's mane, 7,8-DHF, polygala, and surprisingly berberine. Then you are hitting NGF, BDNF, and sigma-1. The other one to target would be CNTF. I'd have to think about what supplement would be best for that. The best synthetic for that is the P21 peptide we brought out on Ceretropic. That was probably the most effective thing for that purpose out there.

That doesn't look like a reliable vendor. There are no 3rd party labs giving them COAs for those products. They are just lying and hoping people won't call them out about it. Ask them for one of the 3rd party COAs, and s

I can't say one way or another, due to lack or research in that area. It would be a total shot in the dark.
